With all the buzz about the Apple’s rejection of Google Voice, there are several factors which will more likely decide the end results in the favor of Google. Here are some of those:
- Its pretty unfair to allow other VoIP applications, like Skype, and deny Google Voice. Justice demands same rules for all.
- With the challenging popularity of Google Voice on other gizmos, it will be quite difficult to sustain the pressure of quality competition.
- The US Federal Communications Commission is dealing with the issue and its stance is that ISPs shouldn’t block or impair the ability of consumers to use Internet services.
- End Users require convenience at cheaper rates. For them, “duplicating the core dialer functionality” doesn’t matter.
- Apple’s approach as a Big Boss is quite disliked by the general public especially after the contradicting statements regarding this issue.
- VoIP is the Next Big Thing. Its the future of cost effective and more diversified communication. Denying it would not reduce its vitality.
- Everyone loves Google.
