Snow Leopard ready to be launched on 28th August



Apple has announced that its OS for Macs, code named Snow Leopard, will be available by 28th August. Its expected release was for September but Apple has managed to release it early. Macintosh users can upgrade from OS X to Snow Leopard for just $29.

Apple senior vice president of software engineering Bertrand Serlet said

For just 29 dollars, Leopard users get a smooth upgrade to the world’s most advanced operating system and the only system with built in Exchange support

Snow Leopard supports both Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 as well as Mac email, address books, calendar etc.
