Dell, the PC manufacturing Company, is currently working on its project of making a Smart Phone for China Mobile Ltd. The reports are not confirmed yet but its believed to be working for some time now. Matthew Parretta, Dell spokesman, says the company showed a "proof of concept mobile device prototype" at an event hosted by China Mobile in Beijing.
