Corsair’s P256 incorporates Samsung MLC flash memory and a Samsung Controller IC, coupled with 128MB of cache memory and Native Command Queuing (NCQ) support for stutter-free performance. The company claims reading speeds of up to 220MB/sec and writing speed of 200MB/sec. With high speed, the device comes with a big price tag of $658 online.
